You can order directly through our online store. Choose a piece, add it to your cart and go through our secure checkout. We accept card payments, BLIK, Przelewy24 and Stripe.

An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@maison.pl or by phone.

Yes. Many of our pieces can be adapted in fabric, finish and dimensions. Please contact us before placing a bespoke order so we can discuss the details.

We ship from Poland to all countries of the European Union.

Made⁠-⁠to⁠-⁠order pieces take approximately 3⁠–⁠5 weeks for production, plus delivery time. In⁠-⁠stock pieces are delivered within approximately 5⁠–⁠10 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Orders are delivered by standard courier. Premium or in⁠-⁠room delivery may be available on request — please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.

We accept BLIK, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Przelewy24 and Stripe. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Instalment options are available through selected payment partners. They appear at checkout when available for your order.

You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Made⁠-⁠to⁠-⁠order and bespoke pieces are produced to individual specification and cannot be returned, in line with the EU consumer⁠-⁠law exception for custom⁠-⁠made goods.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photographs to our contact address. We will then offer a replacement or a refund.

Our furniture is made in Poland and in selected European workshops by skilled craftspeople. We do not manufacture in Asia and we do not use mass-production methods.

You are welcome at our Warsaw showroom — by appointment only. Contact us to book a time, and our team will gladly walk you through the collection.

Care instructions are included with every piece, and general guidance is on each product page. We recommend conditioning leather regularly and treating timber with natural oils.
