DELIVERY TIME: Made-to-order pieces take approximately 3–5 weeks for production, plus delivery time. In-stock pieces are delivered within approximately 5–10 business days.
SHIPPING COST: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
DELIVERY METHOD: Orders are delivered by standard courier. Premium or in-room delivery may be available on request — please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
RETURNS: You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are produced to individual specification and cannot be returned, in line with the EU consumer-law exception for custom-made goods.
RETURN SHIPPING: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS: Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photographs to our contact address. We will then offer a replacement or a refund.
